These foam-backed pillars feature an elegant waterfall design, making them perfect for birthday celebrations, KT board displays, and other event decorations. The flowers and frame come unassembled for easy customization—simply attach the floral arrangements to the frame using included cable ties for a secure fit.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment):
- You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, and we will issue a 100% refund within 1-5 business days.
- For orders between 2 and 10 days, you can receive an 80% refund of the order amount. Please note that a 20% processing fee will be deducted as all our floral products are made to order.
- Custom products, which cannot be resold, are non-refundable after 48 hours from order placement.

- If you encounter any quality issues, missing items, or package loss within 7 days of receiving your order, we take full responsibility. You can request a full refund, partial refund, or product replacement within this 7-day period.
