    • For orders between 2 and 10 days, you can receive an 80% refund of the order amount. Please note that a 20% processing fee will be deducted as all our floral products are custom-made.
    • Custom products, which cannot be resold, are non-refundable after 48 hours from order placement.
  2. After Receiving Your Order:

    • If you encounter any quality issues, missing items, or package loss within 7 days of receiving your order, we take full responsibility. You can request a full refund, partial refund, or product replacement within this 7-day period.
    • Due to the custom nature of our floral products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
