Order Cancellation (Before Shipment):

- Custom products, which cannot be resold, are non-refundable after 48 hours from order placement.

- If you encounter any quality issues, missing items, or package loss within 7 days of receiving your order, we take full responsibility. You can request a full refund, partial refund, or product replacement within this 7-day period.
