Deformation and slight falling may occur during handling, storage, and transportation. It is normal. After receiving the flowers, please reshape them to restore their shape. In addition, we will also provide loose flowers for replacement.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment):

   • You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, and we will issue a 100% refund within 1-5 business days.
   • For orders between 2 and 10 days, you can receive an 80% refund of the order amount. Please note that a 20% processing fee will be deducted as all our floral products are made to order.
   • Custom products, which cannot be resold, are non-refundable after 48 hours from order placement.

   • If you encounter any quality issues, missing items, or package loss within 7 days of receiving your order, we take full responsibility. You can request a full refund, partial refund, or product replacement within this 7-day period.
   • Unless the above, Due to the custom nature of our floral products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
