Order Cancellation (Before Shipment):
- You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, and we will issue a 100% refund within 1-5 business days.
- For orders between 2 and 10 days, you can receive an 80% refund of the order amount. Please note that a 20% processing fee will be deducted as all our floral products are made to order.
- Custom products, which cannot be resold, are non-refundable after 48 hours from order placement.

I ordered an 8x10 flower wall and the “Oh Baby” light sign. The wall is great quality (it sheds a few leaves when you open it which is to be expected). The sign is acrylic and super bright!
