The flowers and frame come unassembled for easy customization—simply attach the floral arrangements to the frame using included cable ties for a secure fit.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment):

- For orders between 2 and 10 days, you can receive an 80% refund of the order amount. Please note that a 20% processing fee will be deducted as all our floral products are made to order.
- Custom products, which cannot be resold, are non-refundable after 48 hours from order placement.
