For customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia, we have prepaid the import duties and taxes in advance. You will not need to pay any additional fees. (Please note: sometimes, expedited air shipments may incur unexpected customs charges. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment):
- You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, and we will issue a 100% refund within 1-5 business days.
- For orders between 2 and 10 days, you can receive an 80% refund of the order amount. Please note that a 20% processing fee will be deducted as all our floral products are made to order.
- Custom products, which cannot be resold, are non-refundable after 48 hours from order placement.

- If you encounter any quality issues, missing items, or package loss within 7 days of receiving your order, we take full responsibility. You can request a full refund, partial refund, or product replacement within this 7-day period.
- Unless the above, Due to the custom nature of our floral products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
