So make sure that you use their helpful videos online under the flower wall so you can see how to install it. Best customer service. If You have a flower wall rental company this is definitely who you want to get your merchandise from. The flowers are handmade on the wall and you can really tell the craftsmanship. It does have a funny smell when you open it up but the smell dissipates with time. Thank you so much for having such a great company!

Shipping time was accurate. Ordered August 7th, received September 13th. Excellent communication when I reached out after a month for shipping updates. Shipping does not update until it reaches California and about 30 to 40 days after ordering. The wall is packaged well, free of horrible smells, and the flowers are absolutely beautiful. Even comes with a little package of extra flowers and glue to repair, although no flowers fell off during initial setup. Flowers were not flattened and did not require any fluffing during setup. There's a lot of depth not only with color but with variety of flowers. Absolutely beautiful product and I will 100% be ordering again. Even made a YouTube unboxing video
